Our Mission President's wife, Sister Jeppson, likes to take
songs that are popular and change the words to get her message across. She will be in the middle of a talk and all
of a sudden start singing her song with the changed words. It is really fun to hear what she comes up
with. So in light of her example, I have
taken the song Food, Glorious Food! (second verse) from the musical Oliver and changed the words
to get our message across. It goes like
this:
Spring, glorious spring!
We're happy to have it.
Things are all alive
You would want to visit!
Just picture a great big tree,
White, pink or red
Oh spring,
Wonderful spring,
Marvelous Spring
Glorious Spring!
Finally we are starting to get to see the beauty that is New
Jersey. We
have never seen so many flowering trees.
Since New Jersey has been
around for so many years the trees have grown to be quite big. Take a look at the pictures below so you can
enjoy the scenery with us.

Another white dogwood and unnamed red tree (and red stop sign which is occasionally obeyed). |
I really enjoy your blog. I look at it all the time. I am so happy that you are enjoying your mission so much. It sounds wonderful. We are loving ours, also. It has been much greater than expected.
